Assistant Superintendent - Kansas City

Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations on active construction projects. They're looking to grow over the next 5 years and want to bring in people they can train and quickly promote.

• Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations on active construction projects.
• Support project execution across ground-up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects.
• Help coordinate subcontractors, trades, and on-site activities to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor jobsite progress and communicate updates to project leadership.
• Assist with quality control, site safety, and general project documentation.
• Support field problem solving and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and field personnel to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture.
• Represent the organization professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.

• 1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, quality assurance, and site operations
• Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and ownership
• Experience delivering commercial projects
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
