• Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and material availability.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate project updates and progress to senior team members and stakeholders.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Support the resolution of any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, project progress, and any changes to the scope of work.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to ensure seamless execution of project plans.

• 1-2+ years of construction industry experience
• Commercial construction/general contracting experience is preferred.
• Hands-on construction background , including framing, concrete, roofing, or other trade experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Procore

• Project Engineer candidates interested in transitioning into a field-focused career path.
