Opportunity to work on your own commercial/multifamily projects ($1-15M). Work/learn directly from the President of Construction.

Job Description
- Work directly with the COO and General Superintendent in spearheading field operations
- Opportunity to start on smaller projects to get exposure to leading a project on your own
- Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules
- Quality Control and Safety Management
- Manage subcontractors and self perform crews

The Successful Applicant
- 1-3 years of general construction experience
- Medical, commercial, municipal, multifamily, K-12 ground up/renovation experience
- Familiarity with construction software - Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
- Family and team oriented
- Wanting to be part of one of the top GCs in Indy and eventually grow into leading your own projects in the field
