Our client is a privately held real estate developer and builder that controls the full life cycle of its projects, from development through construction.

• Support daily field operations on multifamily construction projects valued at $10M-$40M
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress to maintain project schedules
• Assist with framing, turnover, and punch list activities through project completion
• Maintain accurate daily logs, site documentation, and project reporting
• Identify field challenges and implement practical solutions to keep work moving forward

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable professionally
• Independent thinker who brings solutions rather than problems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly diligent with project documentation

• Annual salary between $75.000 and $85.000 USD.
