Job Description
- Support daily field operations on multifamily construction projects valued at $10M-$40M
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress to maintain project schedules
- Assist with framing, turnover, and punch list activities through project completion
- Maintain accurate daily logs, site documentation, and project reporting
- Identify field challenges and implement practical solutions to keep work moving forward

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent in construction
- Exposure to framing, punch-out, or turnover phases of multifamily projects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable professionally
- Independent thinker who brings solutions rather than problems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly diligent with project documentation
