Known for its collaborative culture, financial stability, and consistent project pipeline, the company continues to provide employees with long-term career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionAssist the Superintendent with the day-to-day management of commercial construction projects.Coordinate field activities, subcontractors, vendors, and project logistics.Support project scheduling efforts, including maintaining and updating three-week look-ahead schedules.Perform daily site walks to monitor quality, safety, and project progress.Ensure subcontractors adhere to project schedules, safety requirements, and quality expectations.Maintain project documentation, reports, and logs using Procore.Assist with inspections, punch-list management, and project closeout activities.Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive successful project execution.Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.Participate in client meetings and coordination efforts when required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent within commercial construction.Experience working on corporate interiors, tenant improvements, Class A office fit-outs, or law firm projects preferred.Exposure to managing portions of projects independently or leading smaller scopes of work.Experience supporting projects ranging from approximately $2.5M to $40M in value.Proficiency with Procore is required.Experience utilizing Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and project coordination.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, clients, and project teams.Strong understanding of construction safety standards and quality control practices.Desire to grow into a Lead Superintendent role.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary based on experience ($90,000-110,000).Monthly vehicle allowance of $800.Annual performance bonus opportunities.Quarterly safety bonus program.Company-paid employee medical insurance.Company-paid dental, life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance.401(k) with company match.Flexible Spending Account (FSA).Three weeks of paid time off annually.Healthcare eligibility beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
