GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established general contractor with a long healthcare track record. The company is adding an Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare Construction (Travel) to its team, based in the Nashville, TN area with regular travel to project sites. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Healthcare construction experience and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground-up medical office, hospital and outpatient projects
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
• Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners

Requirements

• Healthcare construction experience and willingness to travel.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
