We're looking for a motivated Assistant Superintendent to help drive daily field operations on complex multifamily construction projects. This role offers hands-on leadership experience while working closely with senior superintendents and project teams.

Description

• Support daily field operations and site supervision
• Help maintain schedule performance and productivity goals
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
• Monitor jobsite safety and quality control programs
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities
• Track project progress and identify potential issues
• Maintain construction documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all project requirements

Profile

• 3-7 years of field construction experience
• Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and related software
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and project activities

Job Offer

• Salary: $105,000 - $140,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
• No annual bonus structure or vehicle allowance
