TITLE: ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT FOR HUMAN RESOURCES
QUALIFICATIONS:
REPORTS TO: Superintendent
SUPERVISES: Director of Personnel
JOB GOAL: Under direction of the Superintendent, plan, organize, and direct a comprehensive human resources program, including recruitment, selection, classification, wage and salary administration, employee relations and collective bargaining.
Under direction of the Superintendent, serve as the principal advisor to the Superintendent regarding employee and labor relations matters.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
21.Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Twelve (12) months; tenurable
Contractual terms and salary to be determined by the Board.
Evaluated by the Superintendent, at least once each academic year.
