Assistant SuperintendentManage and coordinate daily field operations on commercial construction projects. Develop, maintain, and update six-week look-ahead schedules. Oversee subcontractor workflow, manpower allocation, productivity, and site safety. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, contract documents, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate site logistics, security, and overall site cleanliness. Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily reports, production logs, visitor records, and testing documentation. Support project budget and schedule objectives through proactive field management.
