Assistant Superintendent

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day construction site operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
  • Monitor project schedules and support milestone achievement
  • Conduct site walks to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
  • Help enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
  • Review construction drawings and specifications
  • Maintain daily reports and project documentation
  • Participate in progress and coordination meetings
  • Assist in identifying and resolving field issues
  • Support punch-list completion and project closeout activities
  • Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team

A successful Assistant Superintendent in Dunkirk, NY should have:
