Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent will support the Superintendent and project leadership team in managing daily field operations on a large-scale data center project. This role will be heavily involved in coordinating structural and interior scopes while helping ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved. Reporting to the Superintendent, responsibilities include:
- Assist with daily field operations and coordination of assigned project scopes
- Coordinate subcontractors performing concrete, foundations, precast, roofing, drywall, metal stud framing, and office fit-out work
- Monitor production and help maintain project schedules and milestone targets
- Promote and enforce site safety requirements and company standards
- Support quality control efforts and ensure work complies with plans and specifications
- Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, inspections, and trade partner activities
- Maintain daily reports, progress documentation, site photos, and project records
- Assist with punch list completion, turnover, and project closeout activities

For the Assistant Superintendent, we are seeking:
- 3+ years of commercial construction field experience
- Experience supporting a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects
- Experience coordinating concrete, structural, precast, roofing, drywall, framing, or interior build-out scopes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it
- Data center experience is a plus, but not required
- Stable work history and a long-term career mindset
