Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Super is responsible for:

  • Assisting with maintaining the project schedule and controlling costs.
  • Proactively identify and strategically solving problems with minimal executive oversight.
  • Maintaining compliance with construction codes, and safety and government regulations.
  • Helping oversee internal and external team members, including subcontractors.
  • Organizing project records including subcontracts, change orders, permits and drawings.
  • Building strong relationships with clients/owners, subcontractors and inspection authorities
  • Ensuring all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standards

The right Assistant Super will have:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (or other related field)
  • 3+ years of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects (ideally multifamily)
  • Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.

The Assistant Super will receive:

  • Competitive Base Salary: $95K - $130K (commensurate with experience)
  • SIGN-ON BONUS = $7500
  • 20 days PTO + Paid Holidays
