Assistant Superintendent - Commercial

Assistant Superintendents work alongside experienced mentors while gaining hands-on responsibility in scheduling, safety, subcontractor coordination, and project execution. A successful Assistant Superintendent - Commercial should have: Experience with on-site building and construction management in the business services industry.

The Assistant Superintendent - Commercial will:

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance on the job site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans as necessary to meet project goals.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available to avoid project delays.
• Support the Superintendent in delivering projects within scope and budget.
