Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day field operations of large-scale ground-up multifamily and podium projects throughout the Cleveland market
- Support project scheduling through look-ahead planning, subcontractor coordination, and proactive problem-solving
- Champion a strong safety culture by participating in site inspections, toolbox talks, and OSHA compliance initiatives
- Help coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, material management, cranes, utilities, and overall jobsite organization
- Partner with subcontractors and project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule
- Assist with quality control efforts through inspections, pre-installation meetings, and punch list management
- Coordinate with MEP trades and support commissioning, startup activities, and final testing processes
- Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates
- Play a key role in project closeout, turnover activities, and warranty coordination

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of construction experience in a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent capacity.
- Exposure to multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, higher education, or other complex vertical construction projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
