Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is progressing according to schedule.
  • Monitor quality control with a strong focus on high-end finishes and craftsmanship.
  • Conduct site walks and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
  • Support project scheduling, logistics planning, and trade coordination.
  • Assist with inspections, punch-list management, and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience working on projects featuring Class A interior finishes.
  • Background in hospitality, Class A office, mixed-use, corporate interiors, or other highly finished commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
