Job Description
- Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is progressing according to schedule.
- Monitor quality control with a strong focus on high-end finishes and craftsmanship.
- Conduct site walks and proactively identify potential issues.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
- Support project scheduling, logistics planning, and trade coordination.
- Assist with inspections, punch-list management, and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- Experience working on projects featuring Class A interior finishes.
- Background in hospitality, Class A office, mixed-use, corporate interiors, or other highly finished commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
