Construction Site Manager
Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong presence in Western New York. Job Description
- Assist in coordinating daily jobsite operations
- Support project scheduling and subcontractor management
- Monitor construction progress and productivity
- Conduct site inspections for safety and quality compliance
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Help maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Participate in subcontractor and owner meetings
- Assist with punch list completion and project closeout
- Identify and help resolve field issues to keep projects on track

A Successful Candidate Will Have
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Commercial or multifamily project exposure preferred
- Understanding of construction means and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software
- Desire to advance into a Superintendent position
