Assistant Superintendent
As an Assistant Superintendent, you will:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of construction sites
- Support Superintendents in coordinating subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project schedules and help maintain production goals
- Conduct site walks and monitor quality control
- Help enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and site activities
- Review project plans and specifications
- Track project progress and report field updates
- Assist with documenting daily reports and project records
- Support punch list completion and project closeout efforts
- Maintain strong communication with project teams and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of construction field experience
- Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced jobsite environment
- Proficiency with construction technology and reporting tools is a plus
- A desire to grow into a Superintendent leadership role
