Assistant Superintendent (Bridge Construction)

We're partnering with a heavy civil construction company and conducting a search for an Assistant Superintendent role. If you have bridge construction experience and are looking to build your career with a respected contractor, this could be a great opportunity.

Position Details:

Title: Assistant Superintendent (Bridge Construction)

Location: Albany, NY (regional projects home most nights)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Superintendent in managing daily bridge construction operations

• Supervise subcontractors, crews, and equipment onsite

• Maintain project schedules and ensure safety compliance

• Coordinate inspections, materials, and project documentation

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of field leadership experience on bridge projects

• Knowledge of DOT standards, concrete, and/or steel structures

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
