Job Description

Participate in the successful delivery of commercial and residential construction projects throughout the Greater Boston market. Support new construction, renovation, and tenant fit-out projects from planning through completion. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to maintain project quality, safety, and schedule objectives. Contribute to projects across multiple market sectors, including multifamily, education, retail, restaurant, and commercial spaces. Work within a growing organization focused on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Help execute projects in locations including Quincy, Somerville, Brighton, Braintree, Back Bay, Seaport, Everett, and surrounding communities.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Requirements:

• Construction industry experience relevant to the position being considered.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and client service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial and/or residential construction projects.
• Exposure to ground-up construction, renovations, or tenant fit-outs.
• Experience working on multifamily, education, retail, restaurant, or mixed-use projects.
