Core Responsibilities
Deliver a quality project safely, on time, within budget and with focus on establishing positive relationships
Manage subcontractors and vendors in a coordinated manner while developing long lasting relationships for the Company
Maintain care and custody of the project site to assure safety is of the utmost priority
Provide assistance with pre-job planning, strategizing and conceptual scheduling
Provide training and mentorship to field personnel reflecting BOND’s values
Perform as Safety Monitor; ensure that all health and safety project plans are implemented
Fully understand the scheduling process and related software; able to actively status the field progress and update schedule
Track/record construction documents, punch lists and changes
Mentor subordinates
Promote a team atmosphere
Assist in implementing BOND’s QA/QC program on projects
Qualifications
BS or BA in engineering or related discipline. (A proven record of accomplishment of Construction and/or Management experience in the field may be substituted for degree.)
Knowledge of the Owner contracts, drawings and specifications, subcontract agreements, insurance risks. Focuses on mitigating risk for the Company.
Knowledge of the Scheduling process
Able to provide a project plan for use in the development of the overall project schedule.

Thorough knowledge of OSHA 1926 and related Corporate Safety Program
This position is paying between $95k and $145k plus vehicle allowance, healthcare, dental, vision, 401k plus match and annual bonus.
