Job TitleSupport the Senior Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations on a large multifamily construction projectThis position involves taking ownership of a designated scope of work and managing it independently from start to finish. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, overseeing key phases of construction, conducting site walks and inspections, monitoring project schedules, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and collaborating with project management and field teams.Project Assignment: New multifamily podium development in Ashburn, Virginia. An eight-story building utilizing a 5-over-3 design with significant exposure to both concrete and wood-frame construction.
