About Us
BODYBAR Pilates is a boutique fitness franchise with studios all over the U.S. Our signature method is all about strength, good form, and a lot of CHEER. Our Scottsdale Ranch studio is independently owned, and we know our members by name. We celebrate their wins, we notice when they’ve been gone a while, and we love seeing them every week.
The Role
Your main job is growing our membership. You’ll run sales, get to know our members and our neighborhood, and help keep the studio running day to day. We need someone who takes this seriously, owns their numbers, and gets excited about bonuses. This position is 20-30 hours a week.
What You’ll Do
- Run our sales process and hit monthly membership goals
- Follow up with members and keep them coming back
- Train and coach our front desk team on sales
- Get out in the community with local partnerships and events to bring in new people
- Encourage referrals and help members reach their goals
- Keep the studio clean and organized
- Chat with members before and after class
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales, with a history of hitting your targets
- Experience getting leads from events, partnerships and referrals
- Great communication, in person and online
- Organized, reliable and on time
- Comfortable with tech and quick to learn new systems
- A love for fitness and for helping people feel good
