Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

Sauk Prairie High School is posting for an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This compensation for this position will be split with another individual (50% each). This is a year-round position. We are seeking an experienced, proven leader with the desire to make an immediate impact on the lives of our young student-athletes, focusing on relationships and the fundamentals of strength and conditioning. A qualified candidate would have knowledge in the sport of strength and conditioning and in the art of coaching high school-age students. Additional skills would include the ability to work collaboratively with parents, coaches, and administrative staff to provide the best possible experience for our student-athletes.

Previous head coaching experience is preferred, but not required.
