- Meetpersonalandstoresalesgoals
- Assistinthetracking,monitoring,andcommunicationofbusinessresults
- Ensureanelevatedlevelofsalesandserviceispracticedbyallassociates;leadbyexample
- Continuetodeveloppersonalsalestechniquesandassistinthedevelopmentofassociates’salestechniquestomaximizesales
- Ensureallsalesrelatedpoliciesandproceduresaremaintained
- Demonstrateanin-depthknowledgeofthemerchandise,anddevelopproductknowledgeamongsellingstaff
- Maintain a keeninterestinthefashionindustryandmarkettrends
CUSTOMERSERVICE
- Ensureallassociatesprovidethehighestlevelofcustomerservice
- Buildandmaintainrepeatclientelebyutilizingpersonalclientbookandassistingstaffwithutilizingtheirclientbooks
- Resolveallclientproblemsandcomplaintsquicklyandeffectively
- Assistsalesassociateswithvariouscustomerserviceissues(i.e.dissatisfiedcustomers,returns,defectivemerchandise)
OPERATIONS
- Collaborate with store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventorymanagement
- Supportandassistinstafftraininginallareasofappropriateregisterusageandmaintenance
- Understandandproperlyexecuteallmanagementregister functions
- Participateininventories
- Understandandexecutecashcontrolproceduresincluding:bankdeposits,safefunds,pettycash
- OnlyapplicableforOffsitedrivers:ResponsiblefordrivingproducttoandfromtheOffsitelocationonanasneededbasis
MERCHANDISING/VISUAL
- Assistintheimplementationandmaintenanceofallmerchandising/visualdirectives
- Ensurethesellingfloorisneat,clean,organizedandreflectsthecorrectvisualimageatalltimes
- Ensuredeliveriesareproperlyprocessedin a timelymanner
- Identifyandcommunicateproductconcernsin a timelymanner
- Communicateinventoryneedstosupportthebusinessgoal
HUMANRESOURCES
- Assistintherecruitment,traininganddevelopmentofstaff
- Assistinensuringtheintegrityofpayrollandthepayrollprocess
- Continuallyevaluatetheperformanceofeachassociateandprovideconstantfeedbacktoensureresults
- Resolveallhumanresourcesissuesin a timelyandeffectivemanner,partneringwithHRwhennecessary
- Supportandprovidefollow-upforalltrainingprograms,seminarsetc.
- Ensureimageandgroomingstandardsareprofessional,reflectiveofthebrandimageandadheredtoatalltimes
