WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be the on-shift leader for the front of house — responsible for pace, cleanliness, guest experience, cash discipline, and coaching your team.
Your success will be measured by how well you:
Protect a fast checkout experience by shifting labor quickly and leading with urgency
Maintain spotless store, restrooms, and outside areas throughout the shift
Create a friendly, welcoming guest experience and help drive positive reviews
Run accurate cash procedures with integrity and consistency
Keep product recovered, faced, and presentable, and complete daily expired/damages pulls
Coach your direct reports through consistent monthly 1:1s with documented follow-up
