We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced
Assistant Store Manager to join our growing flea market team!
In this role, you will help oversee daily store operations, support and develop team members, and ensure our customers and vendors have a positive experience every time they visit.
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can help create a welcoming, organized, and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily store operations to keep everything running smoothly.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members.
- Leading by example and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Building positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Supporting store goals, improving efficiency, and helping the business grow.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and enjoyable shopping environment.
Store Hours: Open 7 days a week, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
