Join our loving and enthusiastic team in Lexington as an Assistant Store Manager, where you’ll develop leadership skills, master brand recipes, and help create delicious experiences for our community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team to deliver Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service and quality beverage experience
Maintain speed of service during busy periods while maintaining a calm, positive atmosphere
Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members
Build strong working relationships with team members and identify individual motivation factors
Seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales proactively
Handle cash, point of sale systems, and operational procedures accurately and consistently
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures
Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability
Support Store Manager with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Passion for people and excellent communication skills
Willingness to master brand recipes and techniques
Energetic, fast-paced, and flexible work style
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desire to take on a leadership role in a growing company
High school diploma or equivalent
