About the Role

The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in elevating store operations by driving sales, enhancing customer service, and coordinating daily tasks to create a seamless storage experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Sales & Store Performance
• Drive sales by managing unit availability and retail inventory
• Ensure strong, consistent sales practices across phone, online, and in-person interactions

Customer Experience

• Create a welcoming and professional environment for every customer
• Greet and assist customers promptly, both in person and over the phone
• Maintain high service standards and strong product knowledge

Accounts & Operations

• Manage accounts receivable by following company procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding payments and account status
• Support overall store operations and organization

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operational needs as assigned

Schedule

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM includes Saturday coverage
• 1-Week Paid Training
• One week training will take place in Carmel, IN
