- Manage shop performance metrics such as sales, labor costs, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure safe and efficient delivery of oil changes and related services
- Conduct inventory audits and manage product ordering
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations
Customer Service Leadership
