They assist in controlling assets, establishing action plans, and ensuring excellent customer service and store standards.
In the absence of the Store Manager, they assume supervisory duties, oversee staff training and performance, and help manage inventory and sales goals.
Qualified candidates should have retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service and teamwork. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and demonstrate initiative.
