Chicken Salad Chick - Immediate Assistant Manager Needed

As an Assistant Manager at Chicken Salad Chick, you will:

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility including bending and stooping for the duration of the workday
• Must be able to lift or carry 20 pounds
• Must be physically able to work at any duty station in the kitchen or service area

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong Work Ethic
• Time Management Skills
• Management experience preferred
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills: thorough knowledge of back-office tools and be able to learn additional software
• Handle multiple tasks

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and ordering efficiently
• Perform end-of-month counts and input
• Maintain a lean production environment
• Provide accountability for all kitchen team members
• Maintain accurate daily temp logs
• Ensure necessary maintenance and cleaning on a set schedule
• Train, develop, and recognize the best people

This location is one of the originals to the franchise and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.

Salary

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
