    The Role

    We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who is a natural leader, loves sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. You'll work side by side with the General Manager to build a high-performing team, grow our membership base, and create an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

    This role is ideal for someone with a background in health and wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail management who wants to take the next step in their leadership career.

    What You'll Do

    Lead and Develop the Team

    • Partner with the General Manager to build a team culture centered on exceptional customer service and high performance
    • Motivate team members by recognizing their strengths and coaching them in the moment
    • Oversee onboarding and training for all non-medical staff
    • Help roll out new procedures, education, and performance expectations
    • Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions when needed
    Run Day-to-Day Operations

    • Lead the studio when the General Manager is away, making sound decisions and escalating issues when appropriate
    • Make sure opening and closing procedures are followed, and step in to complete them when needed
    • Keep the studio safe, clean, and secure for guests and team members
    • Become an expert on all Restore services and model hospitality, education, and sales skills for the team
    • Handle guest concerns and conflicts with confidence and professionalism
    • Work with the General Manager, Lead Nurse, and Regional Manager to improve the studio's efficiency and results
    • Carry out company-wide initiatives and other duties as assigned
    Drive Sales and Grow Memberships

    • Hit your personal sales goals and motivate the team to reach theirs
    • Help the General Manager exceed studio revenue and membership targets
    • Check in with members regularly to keep them on track with their wellness goals
    • Manage member accounts: declined payments, expiring cards, missed appointments, freezes, and cancellations
    • Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, inventory, ordering, payroll, and cost controls
    • Help plan and lead monthly team meetings
    Build Community and Marketing Outreach

    • Plan and promote monthly in-studio events that bring in new guests
    • Support local marketing and community outreach
    • Find and develop corporate partnerships and community connections with the General Manager

    What You Bring

    • 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience
    • A proven track record in sales, with membership, B2C, or B2B experience all welcome
    • A bachelor's degree (preferred)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfort with numbers and the ability to turn metrics into action plans
    • A drive to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for yourself and your team
    • A supportive leadership style and a team-player mindset
    • A passion for fitness, health, and wellness
    • A strong commitment to ethics and integrity

    Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
