The Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations across multiple self-storage locations, reporting to the District and Store Managers.
Pay ranges from $16-$17/hour, with day shifts only, and locations are closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities include building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, handling customer concerns, managing cash transactions, and supporting team culture.
Qualifications include 1+ year of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (excluding NYC/Brooklyn), and a high school diploma or GED.
Work involves indoor and outdoor tasks, physical activity, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
