About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Farm & Home Hardware in Ashland, OH. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our store.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations
- Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Prior retail management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of hardware and home improvement products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
