Assistant Store Leader

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Assistant Store Leader to assist in the management and operation of our store. The ideal candidate will support the Store Leader in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in supervising and motivating staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
2. Help with inventory management, including restocking, ordering, and organizing merchandise.
3. Support the Store Leader in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
5. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Collaborate with the Store Leader to create promotional activities and strategies to drive sales.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
2. Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic accounting principles.
6. Flexible schedule, including weekends
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in retail.
3. Knowledge of sales techniques and retail marketing strategies.
4. Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills.
