• Assistant State''s Attorney I - $72,250.22 to $79,502.28 annually
• Assistant State''s Attorney II - $77,307.65 to $85,067.39 annually
• Assistant State''s Attorney III - $82,719.27 to $91,022.10 annually

Are you ready to make a real impact in your legal career? The McLean County State's Attorney's Office is seeking a motivated and dedicated prosecutor to join our team. We''re looking for someone with 2-7 years of prosecutorial experience, but we also welcome applications from:

• Licensed attorneys with relevant legal experience
• Recent law school grads (especially those awaiting bar results)
• 3Ls interested in starting their prosecutorial careers early

Position Highlights:

• Prosecute criminal, juvenile, traffic, and civil cases
• Work independently with strong support from leadership
• Engage in legal research, trial prep, and courtroom litigation

What You'll Need:

• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and before the Illinois Supreme Court (or eligibility soon after graduation)
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
• A passion for public service and justice
