    As the Assistant Sourcing Manger, you'll partner closely with sourcing leadership to support the end-to-end product lifecycle-from development through production while building strong vendor partnerships and driving cost, quality, and timing success.

    • Support sourcing programs, including cost analysis, negotiations, and vendor communication
    • Assist in managing time & action calendars to ensure on-time product delivery
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to track prototypes, samples, and development milestones
    • Help evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
    • Monitor vendor performance and help resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or timelines
    • Coordinate fabric and trim development, tracking samples and submissions
    • Maintain systems and tools (e.g., Centric) and ensure accurate product data
    • Participate in meetings and provide updates on development and sample status
    • Build foundational knowledge of sourcing strategy, cost drivers, and production timelines

    Essential Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Apparel Merchandising, Business, or related field
    • 0-2 years of experience sourcing, product development, or supply chain
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and follow-through
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; exposure to PLM tools a plus
