Assistant Softball Coach
Responsibilities: This position will assist head coach in maintaining smooth operation of athletic program including recruiting, practice, student/athlete classroom success, and team travel.
Qualifications: Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree. Computer literate. Experience with college athletic program. Must have knowledge of the assigned athletic program. Ability to drive college vehicles and be insurable.
Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $44,280 - $46,888 and the actual starting salary will be dependent upon education and experience of the chosen candidate.
Fringe Benefits: This position covers health insurance at 100% for employee. Additional optional coverages include dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, and long- and short-term disability. Other benefits include retirement under the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, accrued sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and an employee reimbursement/dependent scholarship program. Health benefits require a 60-day employment period.
