NOW HIRING: Assistant Site Manager
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 per year
Job Overview
The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers and/or supervisors. The individual will assist in the coordination and direction of operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities of the company, including all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.

Education and/ or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bilingual a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer Skills
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and public
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
