Assistant Service Supervisor (Kapiolani Branch)

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor to join our Kapiolani Branch.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is $43,493 - 60,320/yr; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required
• 2 years of experience in branch operations
• 1 year of supervisory experience (e.g., Head Teller or Service Manager Associate)
• 1-year external supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field is preferred

Job Responsibilities: The Assistant Service Supervisor assists the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager with overseeing branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer service standards and needs are met. This role assists with daily branch functions, such as overseeing workflow, recruitment, and training. This position also provides leadership and support to the branch team and helps management to ensure the branch achieves sales performance and service goals.
