A successful commercial signage company is actively searching for qualified candidates to join their growing team. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Service Manager to support our Service Manager and work closely with our electrical service crew. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone coming from the field who understands electrical service work and is ready to step into a leadership position.
The Assistant Service Manager will be in the office early each morning to help organize daily operations, assist with project management, and ensure our crews have what they need to succeed.
Work directly with service crews to coordinate daily tasks and schedules
Assist the Service Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
Support project management activities, including job tracking, scheduling, and follow-ups
Help troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance when needed
Communicate effectively between the office, field crews, and management
Ensure jobs are progressing efficiently and according to company standards
Background in the electrical field (commercial signage experience strongly preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work early mornings and maintain a consistent schedule
Comfortable working both in the office and alongside field crews
Motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative
