Assistant Service Manager

Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level. Familiarity with automotive service procedures, terminology, and industry practices is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Organizing paperwork in shop
• Ordering parts and inventory
• Maintaining work flow in shop
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
• Delivering a high level of customer service

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years experience.
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with automotive service procedures, terminology, and industry practices is preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
• Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
• Must have valid driver's license
