Ready to turn your maintenance experience into your next leadership opportunity? Join our 376-unit Preserve at Milltown apartment community in Downingtown, PA as an Assistant Service Manager and take an active role in keeping our community running at its best.
Working alongside an experienced Service Manager, youll help lead daily maintenance operations, support and mentor the maintenance team, and tackle the more complex service challenges that come with a busy multifamily community. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, well-rounded maintenance experience, and previous multifamily leadership experience who is ready to continue growing their career.
