Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Provide an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery.

Accurately write repair orders and document customer concerns.

Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly.

Coordinate with technicians and dispatch to ensure efficient workflow.

Monitor repair progress and proactively update customers.

Review completed repairs, explain invoices, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Recommend maintenance based on Toyota guidelines and vehicle history.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Maintain accurate records and follow dealership and manufacturer processes.

Support department goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.

High CSI and customer retention

Strong teamwork and communication

Accurate repair orders

Ethical sales and recommendations

Professional appearance and positive attitude



Requirements

2+ years of automotive service advisor or service management experience preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership

Toyota experience preferred but not required

Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
