Server Assistant (Busser/Food Runner)
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-oriented Server Assistant to join our restaurant team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience by supporting servers, maintaining a clean and organized dining room, and ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Set, clear, and reset dining tables efficiently.
- Refill water, bread, and other guest requests as needed.
- Assist with pre-bussing and maintaining clean tables throughout service.
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and beverage stations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Polish silverware, glassware, and prepare dining room for service.
- Assist with opening and closing side work.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure seamless service.
- Respond quickly to guest needs while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
