Pay: $12 per hour + tip-out

Schedule: Part-time, evening shifts

Job Description

Milano Restaurant & Bar is seeking a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Assistant Server / Busser to support our front-of-house team and provide excellent service in our authentic Italian restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
• Assist servers with food running and guest requests.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Refill water and assist with table maintenance.
• Support servers and management during busy dinner service.
• Follow restaurant cleanliness and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be available for evening shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays and dishes.

Compensation

$12 per hour plus tip-out, subject to the restaurant’s applicable tip-pooling and tip-out policies.
