The Flossmoor Great Clips is looking for a full time stylist/assistant manager (minimum 32 hours a week) to join our team! You are required to have the Illinois Cosmetology License or the eligibility to take the exam soon. We offer a busy, positive salon environment with an incentive-based pay that rewards your hard work and skills. For full time, you must be able to work two evening shifts per week as well as Saturdays and/or Sundays. You get a guaranteed hourly wage, a flexible schedule, paid time off, productivity pay, medical, dental and vision insurance eligibility and a 401k plan.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
