Position Summary: The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining staff efficiency, and achieving business goals. This role involves supervising employees, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while fostering a positive dining experience.

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards compliance.
  
• Oversee food preparation, service, and cleanliness to uphold high operational standards.
  

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to perform their roles effectively and collaboratively.
  
• Manage scheduling, mediate conflicts, and conduct performance evaluations.

Financial Oversight

Requirements

Qualifications:
