What You’ll Do:
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Lead by example to create a guest-first culture every shift.
- Communicate expectations, assign responsibilities, and motivate team members.
- Ensure the restaurant is safe, clean, and compliant with Dunkin’ standards.
- Execute promotions and operational systems.
- Control costs and manage labor to maximize profitability.

- Step into the Restaurant Manager role when needed—gaining hands-on GM experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Driven, ambitious, and ready to take the next career step.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Comfortable managing schedules, staffing, and cash handling.
- Basic computer skills + financial acumen.
- At least 18 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent required.
